This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how Honeywell International Inc. on behalf of itself, its affiliates and subsidiaries (“(“Honeywell”, “our”, “us”, or “we”)”), the controller, collects, uses and shares your personal information when you participate in Honeywell GO Program for the purpose of rewards and other incentives associated with selling Honeywell products (“Program”).
We will collect and use your personal information such as your name, email address, contact telephone numbers, job title, location and the organisation you are associated with when you register on Honeywell GO website, place a reward order from the GO catalogue or provide testimonials on your Honeywell GO experience.
We will use your personal information to confirm your eligibility to participate in the Program, fulfill shipment of orders, personalize, customize, analyze and improve your experience, measure the effectiveness of the Program or perform other functions or serve other purposes, as disclosed to you at the point of collection, or as required or permitted by law.
We will share your personal information within Honeywell and its affiliates for the purpose of facilitating your participation in the Program. We will also pass on your information to authorized third parties such as 360Insights and logistic service providers who provide this service on our behalf. Occasionally we may use your personal information to contact you to complete surveys for marketing and quality assurance purposes.
Your personal information will be transferred to the USA and other locations which may not guarantee the same level of personal data protection as the country in which you reside. However, we have taken appropriate steps to protect your data and ensure that any data transfers are in accordance with applicable laws which includes implementing the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data from Honeywell to our other group companies outside the EEA. We will take all appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the personal data that we transfer.
Our legal basis for processing your personal information will be with your consent, which you understand that you are providing on a purely voluntary basis. If you do not consent, or if you later withdraw your consent, then you will not be able to participate in the Program.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a request through our data subject request portal at https://hon-opcenter.my.salesforce-sites.com/PrivacyInformationRequestForm?lang=en or sending us an email to HoneywellPrivacy@honeywell.com.
Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
You may have, among others, the following rights under applicable law to: (i) right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict or withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information; (ii) the right to not have a decision made about you that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if that decision produces legal effects about you or significantly affects you, and (iii) a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
